Bending brings it!

I frequented my first yoga lessons about two years ago. At the beginning it was way more difficult than I thought it would be, but after some hours of exercising you get better. The hardest thing was to relax – just switch off your thoughts – and that was one of the most important things I have learned in these classes, because everybody knows that feeling for example when you can not sleep because you think about thousands of past situations where you could have done something better or how you will handle some things in the future and so on.

Yoga is also very good for your body – but it is important, that you do the exercises right! It helps to mobilize the spine and stretch your muscles, protect from injury and many other things. You also increase your flexibility! All of these good aspects will not happen after one or two hours, you have to hold on and exercise for many months, but it will pay off!

So maybe, set yourself some goals for the new year, not only the detox from your phone but also to get healthier and make some sports, it does not have to be yoga you can also try something else, it is important that it makes you fun and that it challenges you!

Goodbye my dear smartphone Do you know that feeling when you cannot get an inner peace because your smartphone rings all the time? Nowadays it is nearly a duty for every single one of us to take our mobile phones everywhere and every time with us, but why? We do not have to be available all around the clock! So, for 2020 you should challenge yourself and turn it off for a month. I have a solution for this problem and it is called Detox. Detox from your smartphone. Write down a few important numbers you may need and use an old phone you have at home where you can only call somebody. Stop to use social media like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter all the time, stop to write messages on Whatsapp and stop to send pictures on Snapchat – enjoy all the time you have with yourself. You do not have to share everything to the whole world!

I challenged myself one year ago, and I will do it again this year. It helped me to be more thankful for the things I have and I stopped comparing myself to other people. You have so much more time for the important things in life, you learn to listen more carefully, to live the moment and you will be more relaxed! Do not say you will try it in a few months, start now and I promise that you will not regret it.

Success doesn’t come overnight

Did you ever ask yourself how you can be as successful as possible? I think everyone of you wants to reach big goals in life and because of that I prepared some tips for you how you should act to get success.

Have you ever heard about the 80/20 rule? It says that you should take 80% of your energy to the 20% of activities that are the most important for you. This rule teaches you where you should focus on in life and what things are not so important!

Another tip is, that you should not surround yourself with boring people, people that may put you down so you can not grow your mindset. But not only the people should challenge you, also try to drive by bike instead by car, walk on unknown streets or simple watch movies in another language. It is important that you do things that are new to you, you will get new inspirations for ideas and so on.

The last tip I want to share with you is -> STOP with negative self-talk. Nowadays everyone is very critical of themselves, but why? You have to get over this negative self-talk! This is so important, because if you do not believe in yourself how can anyone else believe in you? I hope that everyone that reads my blogpost tries at least one of this three tips.
